Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Know2Content (the "Service") operated by Know2Content Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria · Lagos, Nigeria). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Know2Content helps you discover a content direction from your experience, generate ideas and scripts, plan posts, track performance and goals, and explore monetization paths. Outputs are informational creative tools — not professional, legal, financial, medical, or career advice.

No results guarantee. We do not promise revenue, clients, followers, engagement, rankings, or business success.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly at support@know2content.com if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Plans, trials, and billing

• Free features may be limited by usage caps. Paid plans (for example Creator / Creator Pro) unlock higher limits as shown in-product.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. Fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout (typically NGN).
• Subscriptions renew according to the plan period unless cancelled through in-product or Paystack controls available to you.
• Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service
• Abuse rate limits, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the product
• Use outputs to harass, defraud, or mislead others about credentials or results
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Know2Content Ltd a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you (including AI-assisted features you request).

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for how you publish generated drafts. Review all outputs before posting publicly.

7. Generated outputs and AI

Model-assisted outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, biased, or unsuited to your situation. You remain responsible for final posts, products, offers, and claims you make to your audience. See the AI disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Know2Content Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (including Supabase, Vercel, Paystack, and model providers). Their terms and availability affect the Service. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms or Acceptable Use violations, non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via Settings → Privacy & data or by emailing support. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOW2CONTENT LTD AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR NGN 0 IF YOU USED ONLY FREE FEATURES).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Know2Content Ltd against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Lagos, Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's law, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence cannot be waived.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email when practical. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
