Know2Content Ltd bills paid Know2Content subscriptions through Paystack. This page explains our refund approach for digital subscription access.
How billing works
- Paid plans renew until cancelled in Settings → Billing
- Prices and currency shown at checkout apply to that purchase (typically NGN)
- Free plan usage is not a paid purchase and is not refundable as cash
Refund requests
- Contact support@know2content.com within 7 days of a charge when possible
- Include your account email and Paystack payment reference
- We evaluate unused paid periods case-by-case (for example duplicate charges or clear service failure on our side)
- Partial-period refunds after substantial AI or paid-feature use are generally not available
Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
